Kicks for Kids Radiothon

Kicks for Kids Radiothon is an annual community fundraiser dedicated to helping underserved children throughout Shasta County start the school year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed. Hosted by Results Radio in partnership with the Active 20-30 Club of Redding #143, the event brings together local businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and community members to raise funds that directly benefit children in need.

The Radiothon takes place each summer at Mt. Shasta Mall in Redding, California, where Results Radio broadcasts live throughout the day while encouraging listeners and visitors to make donations. Community members can stop by the event in person or contribute online, knowing that every dollar raised stays local and supports children in our area.

Funds raised through Kicks for Kids provide deserving local children with new clothing, shoes, backpacks, and essential school supplies before the first day of school. Children are identified through local partner agencies, ensuring assistance reaches families who need it most. By providing these essentials, the program helps students begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

More than just a fundraiser, Kicks for Kids is a community-wide effort that demonstrates what can be accomplished when local organizations, businesses, and residents work together to invest in the future of Shasta County's children. Every donation helps remove barriers to education and gives local students the opportunity to start the school year with dignity, confidence, and hope.

Please note: This is a fundraising event. Children are nominated for the Back to School Shopping Spree by our partner agencies including foster agencies, other non-profits, and our local school districts.
